CDEK Global (СДЭК) is a major Russian logistics company founded in 2000 in Novosibirsk by Leonid Goldort and Vyacheslav Piksayev. Initially created to transport goods for the Korzina.ru online store across Siberia and the Russian Far East, CDEK has grown into an international logistics provider operating in Russia and over 195 countries worldwide.
The company has built a strong infrastructure with more than 4,500 pick-up points, serving over 40,000 locations and processing upwards of 200,000 packages daily. Over 20,000 employees work to maintain efficient and dependable delivery services.
CDEK offers various shipping options including express delivery, standard shipping, international transport, customs clearance, and door-to-door service. Business clients can use specialized services like e-commerce fulfillment, B2B shipping, and integration with major online marketplaces.
The tracking system provides real-time updates on shipments, showing current location, status changes, and estimated delivery dates. Each parcel receives a unique tracking number, usually 10 digits long, which can be used on the CDEK website or mobile app for monitoring.
CDEK’s international network links Russia with countries in Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East. It handles documents, parcels, and commercial shipments, offering transparent tracking and competitive pricing for cross-border deliveries.
The parcel has been registered in the system but has not yet been handed over for processing. The seller may have created the tracking number, but the package hasn’t been shipped yet.
The package has left the sender’s warehouse and is on its way to the destination. It may be passing through sorting centers or customs.
The parcel has been successfully delivered to the recipient. Delivery is usually confirmed by a signature or other confirmation.
The status means there is no information about the package. Possible reasons include an incorrect tracking number, the package not yet registered in the system, or it is no longer being tracked.
Use your tracking number on the CDEK website or app. Numbers usually have 10 digits and may start with '14' or '16'. Tracking by phone number is also possible via the mobile app.
Delivery times depend on service and destination: 1-3 days within major Russian cities; 3-7 days between regions; international shipments usually take 7-21 days, depending on customs.
Statuses include: 'Created' (order registered), 'Accepted in sender's city', 'In transit', 'Arrived at sorting center', 'Ready for pickup', 'With courier', and 'Delivered'.
Additional documents or import fees may be required. Contact CDEK support with your tracking number for guidance.
Packages from online stores are held free for 7 days; personal shipments for 14 days. Extensions require contacting the pickup point.
